This World Wide Web site with its home page in the domain “zijiu.org” (the “Website”) is a complimentary information and informative community service offered by the ZiJiu Institute, Inc. (“ZiJiu”) at no charge to users of the World Wide Web, with the express condition that these users agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement. ZiJiu reserves the right to changes these terms and conditions at any time, without notice to you, and you must consult the most recent version of this User Agreement (not an older cached version) each time you view the Website. Use of this Website constitutes your acceptance of all of the following terms and conditions, in their current form or modified.
Description of Services
ZiJiu currently provides users access to an extensive amount of resources, including, but not limited to, public forums, health and wellness content, online tools, and various communication tools (the “Service”). ZiJiu assumes no responsibility or liability for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization data or settings. All such risks shall be borne by you.
User Submissions

User Conduct

Infringement Allegation Procedures
In using the Website, in the event you should encounter any material that you believe infringes your rights, you should provide ZiJiu and the posting party with notice of the alleged violation with enough specific detail to allow ZiJiu to locate the posting. You should ask the posting party to remove the material, pending ZiJiu's investigation. Upon receipt of notice from you, the posting party may provide ZiJiu with a response to the complaint. You should also provide the ZiJiu with substantiation for your claim. Upon receipt of such substantiating information, ZiJiu will initiate an investigation. While ZiJiu is investigating the complaint, ZiJiu may temporarily remove or deny access to the challenged material, to protect the rights of all involved. If ZiJiu concludes that you have raised a legitimate claim, it will continue to deny access to the challenged material. If ZiJiu concludes that you have not raised a legitimate claim, ZiJiu will at its discretion restore access to the challenged material. Notices under this provision to ZiJiu should be sent to authorized personnel listed on the Website.
Modifications to the Service
ZiJiu reserves the right at all times, but under takes no duty, to review, edit, move, refuse to post or remove or delete any content or material, in whole or in part, posted to the Website by users and that in ZiJiu's sole discretion is objectionable or in violation of this Agreement. You agree that ZiJiu shall not be liable to you for to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Any previous consent by Zijiu Institute, Inc. to duplication and/or distribution of any materials contained in this website or otherwise published by Zijiu Institute, Inc. is hereby expressly withdrawn.

It can be accessed from all 50 states, as well as from other countries around the world. You and ZiJiu agree that the statutes and laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles thereof, will apply to all matters arising from or relating to the use of this Website. You and ZiJiu also agree and hereby submit to the exclusive personal jurisdiction and venue of the Superior Court of Fulton County, Georgia and the United States District Court of Georgia with respect to such matters. ZiJiu makes no representation that materials on the Website are appropriate or available for use in other locations, and accessing them from territories where their contents are illegal are prohibited. Those who chose to access this Website from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
